Mcdonald's - Troy

I'm not sure why I chose to stop at this McDonald's, maybe it looked comfortable. The service here was poor and unfriendly. They were out of all non-alcoholic drinks and still treated me as if I was inconveniencing them by ordering a Big Mac. McDonald's is usually consistent everywhere, but this location always seems to be lacking. Save yourself the frustration and try a different restaurant.

I have not had a good experience at this restaurant in my last couple of visits. On one occasion, I had to wait for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru at 9:30 p.m. because only one lane was open and there was no internal service. There were 4 other cars ahead of me in line. The service has been inconsistent, with mistakes in my orders including missing patties on a sandwich and receiving items with ketchup when I asked for them without. The staff also seemed confused about payment, with one employee trying to charge me again despite already paying through the app. Another employee was unable to answer basic questions and seemed disinterested in helping. It seems like there are problems at this location almost every time I visit, and if it weren't so convenient, I would go elsewhere. I'm not trying to be difficult, but it's frustrating when these issues happen repeatedly.

The manager was rude, the restaurant appears unclean, and the staff seem overwhelmed. I waited for about 20 minutes before being acknowledged at the front desk. Previous customers were unhappy with the slow service. There was money left out on the counter, with no explanation. I even witnessed a video of a woman yelling at the drive-thru window about not being paid when she worked there. It seems like this restaurant needs to shut down and start fresh. I would give it half a star if I could.

I really wish I could leave less than a star, extremely rude and intact employees without social skills

I got in the drive thru line for breakfast at 10:22 After a slow line of only 3 cars I pulled up to order at 10:29. At 10:37 a lady who was very short with me said they could not serve me breakfast. I was on time and they were not. I normally don't leave reviews but the tone and lack of explanation of what happened from the woman work made me feel like it was necessary. I will say Prior to this I had not had a negative experience here
