Mcdonald's - Troy

From poor food to terrible customer service, I cannot recommend this McDonald's to anyone except as a last resort. On my last visit, I received raw Quarter Pounders and thought I'd give them another chance since it's conveniently located near my house, but things have only gotten worse. For instance, today I wasted $20 on a watered-down drink with barely any caramel on top, along with stale burgers. This place shouldn't even be considered a fast food restaurant.

This restaurant is fantastic! The drive-thru service is efficient, with quick ordering and payment processes. Both times we visited within 48 hours, our orders were accurate and came out promptly. The management has clearly assembled a great team. Highly recommended!

The best deal for soft serve is their half-price cones at just $0.75, available once a day through the app. Today, a friendly woman at the drive-thru apologized for the wait and offered me an extra-large cone as a bonus.

This location has been the most friendly staff of any McDonald’s I have been in the metro detroit area. I never had a bad experience and my drinks eating are always fresh!

Workers seemed crabby and inpatient, I had the breakfast burritos meal, they wrap there's different than other places do,still tasted ok, the hash brown was better than most other McDonald's, it was crisp and not at all greasy
