Kerby's Koney Island - Troy

The #2 koney combo makes my belly happy. Service was fast and very attentive. We're coming back!

Clean restaurant, friendly staff and good food. A visit if you have limited time to meet with a friend.

We love their omelets (especially spinach, feta, onion mix think spinach cake ingredients in an omelet) and breakfast. Fast service.

We celebrated all family birthdays here on Saturday at 1:30. Helen was very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Unlike some Waitstaff, when she helped a big group, she smiled and seemed relaxed and capable. My cousins got the chicken wrap sandwich and ran over it! I had a little Cobb salad. It was mostly good with lots of big Bleu cheese bites BUT the chicken was hard and gristly. We had 12 people and didn't have to wait at all. I was glad they even made a reservation! The table was set and ready for us when we arrived. The only thing that would have done better would be if they had a big round table. It was impossible to visit with everyone, but those close to us. But I know they can't help how they don't have this kind of tables. Thanks Kerby for a fun day!

Second time no better than first WONT BE BACK. Order made incorrectly for the second time in a row, gave me the spoiled cup of year old, hardened mayo in the photo it literally smells like rotten fish. Staff was rude and couldn't even walk my order to the register (far too much effort for the sloppy princess working the counter). When you order online you are given options to tip the carryout staff and I selected the lowest amount which was 18% this is done in advance of going to pickup your awful food of course. I'm curious how any greedy piece of garbage feels they deserve a tip for stuffing your Styrofoam containers in a bag and then placing rotten condiments inside with it? I have a TIP for you get a new customer, I will never be back. I will speak poorly of your business and your company name both far and wide.
