Jimmy John's - Troy

As always the food is great. The kids behind the counter left a bit to be desired service-wise though. It was close to closing time (about 35 minutes remained, it was around 6:30pm) and the employees had started cleaning. They looked tired and annoyed with my presence. It's ok, I get trying to get out on time at the end and of the shift when you close, but don't sacrifice service.

I always get the veggie sandwich, the #6. My favorite! I also get the regular chips and sometimes the triple chocolate chip cookie.

Stop asking me for a tip on everything! I’m already paying $10 for a simple sandwich and don’t need your screen to “ask me a quick question,” and be guilted into giving a tip

At 3:20 p.m. on Saturday afternoon it's going to stop to have lunch after a 5-hour road trip but for whatever reason the door. There were people standing in they're looking out at me but......

Tessa was a great sandwich maker and the food was wonderful and a very pleasant environment thank you
