Upon entering the restaurant, I was not greeted and observed that they prioritized fulfilling online orders before addressing walk-in customers. It was unclear if they would even assist us. When they finally started taking orders, they made multiple sandwiches simultaneously and ended up getting my order wrong. I would not recommend this location due to the complete lack of customer service.

Low customer service. it took 45 minutes for an online order. at least 6 foot-ins are served and left while waiting for my order. was very rudely treated when I asked for an update on my order, was caught and said to be patient! they finally saw them make my sandwich, it was in the queue for the entire 30 minutes I stood there, wait there to be finished, but they moved the walk in front of my sandwich. I had already paid and included a 20 tipp! but it didn't matter to them. has filed a complaint online about my experience with jersey mikes, which has also gone unanswered, they obviously don't give d about customer service. I'm not going back.

Love this place. I have been going here regularly for years. Thanks for your hard worker J Mikes employees.
