Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've had nothing but poor customer service from the only woman I've seen working there, always see her upfront working the register/phone. Slightly rude and unnecessary comments. The man who usually runs the register/phone is always professional. Have to know how to speak to people. Great food though.
Food is excellent, service was great and the prices were fair. I will absolutely be coming back to this restaurant.
My wife brought me an order of gyoza in July. I lived in Japan for a year and know my gyoza. This was some form of deep fried almost meatless version. Gyoza is pan seared not deepfried. Additionally the dipping sauce expired in May. A few weeks ago I gave them a second chance....sauce still expired in May. Never again!!! I just read the restaurant bio here. They make their own sauces??? That's just dishonest. My sauce came prepackaged commercially.
Confused this evening. I just wanted some plain fried rice because i have food allergies. I was told by your worker that all of the rice was made ahead of time and i couldn't get it. I sat and watched my family eat their meal. While sitting, i heard someone call in and order rice without vegetables and it was not a problem. Please help me to understand why i could not order the same thing.
2nd time in here and customer service is top notch. There printer was messing up so they only made one of my rolls, i went back in and while i waited they gave me a free bottled soda. Foods really awesome
