Dunkin' - Troy

Terrible experience. I ordered a latte and my regular order (big, hot coffee with cream and 2 sugars the only drink I have ever ordered for me) drive them to the window. the worker gives me a little iron latte. I'm telling him we wanted hot. we didn't say, but he didn't ask. he sighed strong and went away to get the latte back. he came back with a small latte and a small coffee (both hot) I told him I ordered a big coffee. he said that I did not lie, and why was I? my passenger realized that she heard me order a big coffee and he snored and began to complain about us, not knowing what we did and his life made harder. I ran away without my order. a false behavior is not why I go to dunkin. there were no other customers there, there were no customers who went right in front of us. I guess he was angry that we interrupted his break. I will not protect this place again.

The management and the staff were over rude. absolutely no teamwork and very unprofessional management. 10/10 would not recommend! not only that, there was drug use at work while I was trained. I spoke my complaints and nothing was done.

My cold brew was terrible, very weak, very hydrated. they have never crossed and are often made of objects.

Good coffee, great people! I ordered two Bacon egg and no cheese on plain bagels and when I got to work they had cheese on them. When I tried to call (3 times) no one answered! Frustrating!

Got my order quickly. My small coffee was rather large but no complaints there!
