Chipotle Mexican Grill - Troy

The service that I received was excellent. I observed the young lady helping me sanitize her hands and then going to get gloves before taking my order that is a big plus for me because not everyone takes cleanliness serious enough. She then made my bowl with care and I appreciate that. She was also very patient with me because I was being pretty extra about what I wanted but she stayed kind unlike a lot of these fast food workers. There was no signs of an attitude which I usually get when I'm being very particular about what I want. Also the food taste better than any other Chipotle that I've had I'm going to make this my new regular Chipotle. I give them 2 thumbs up

This location was my least favorite. That has recently changed after the new addition of a wonderful employee named Gabe. Anytime he’s working the line flows so fast. He is everywhere needed so there’s never a slow down. Love his work ethic and he genuinely deserves a raise! Kudos to you sir

If they want to work in this area and grab something during their lunchtime, they don't come here. I have made an order an hour before my appointment and waited for an hour and what I received was the rest of someone or what seemed like the rest of someone. never back to this place

I ordered here a bowl from the chipotle app and it was so easy when I took it, I knew something was wrong. Why, when I order online, do they give me the half of the amount of food? I feel bad for this place because they seem to be in the regular short staff, so I gave 2 stars, but I thought I would leave a review so that they might stop doing this.

Here at 19:15 clock after a walk from a nearby hotel to have a beautiful burrito. the social media explained all that they were open until 10 o'clock. no, they were closed and a sign noted when they ordered online, they must jump through hoops to get their refund. terrible shorts service and information on social medial.
