Chili's Grill - Troy

I had the $10 lunch special. chicken chipotle frex mex combo w/soup. the suppe was a bit too salty, I didn't finish it. my daughter had the loaded pommes. hühner alfredo. she had to ask to reheat it because it's cold. we could not enjoy our lunch, because it was too cold in the facility. we're gonna pack it up. vegetarian options: large selection child-friendly: before teen menu

My salat was old and confused so that the salat was not so crispy that he would have. When I mentioned it, I was told that the crispy huh caused this. the problem with this answer is that the salat that the huhn 't touch was the same wise. I've already got this salat and someone else on the table had the same salat, but not the same problem. we started with a server and a member of our group asked for hot water. they looked at them as if they were confused. So she asked for a hot cup of water for tee. again the person looked confused. she bought her a beer-sized cup filled with hot water. When the new server came, we had already waited 20 minutes for the hot water, so we asked him to do so. When he came back, the water had arrived. When he saw what was brought to the table, he looked confused. I had eaten here and never had a problem. I think that's my last time in this chili. because if they get an salat right or bring someone a cup of hot water, that's a problem.

I feel badly rated so badly because I'm in the service industry for most of my high school and college days, but. 20 minutes for drinks. 30 for our food. eating was decent, but you could say that it had been sitting in the window for too long, the cherry on the top had to call the manager to find our server for a check-out. I would understand the times on Friday during eating, but we came after 19 o'clock on Sunday.

Our waitress t was amazing! she made the experience 100000000x better! I hope to see her again! the eating was amazing, but the personal was the star of the show! for the price this is the best restaurant hands down to dinner and hang with friends! we came from Canada today try to eat and wow was worth it!

My son and I were at Rochester Chilis and we're ordering food. The food was good and hot but afterwards, I asked for a coke refill to the server and she never gave me a refill. She walked past our table about 3 times and still didn't get the refill. I ordered the smokehouse combo and never got the garlic bread that was included with it. After we were done eating, my son asked for a box to the manager and the employee and simply ignored us and walked back and forth serving other customers. The servers name was Hannah, and we're never coming back again.
