Building No. 9 And Grille - Troy

Made a road trip from Northumberland County, PA to Troy, PA for the sole purpose of visiting Building No 9 Grille. It was well worth the trip, the food was excellent and the beer cold. We also purchased a few t-shirts and a pub glass. The best part; was getting to meet Charlie, who is an absolute gentleman! He made time to meet with my wife and I, giving us a brief history of the town and tavern. I asked Charlie, if he would get in a picture with me and did so without hesitation. Building No 9 Grille is a gem in downtown Troy and the team is fantastic. I look forward to my next visit. Keep up the great work! Thanks. This place is awesome. One night 10 minutes before they closed, they still let us in to order beer and a chicken bacon ranch pizza which was amazing. That was greatly appreciated considering we just got done doing some mowing in that area where we have contracts in Troy. Aside from that, me and my wife and our three young children stopped one time and had dinner and everything was very good, even the chocolate milk my kids ordered was great. Very good menu options and a nice polite and curtious staff that got us our drinks and food within a decent time frame. My kids even got the chance to sit at the open window and say hi to everyone that walked by and got almost every big rig to blow their horn for them. Again, just a great place to eat and drink. Menu has something for everyone on it, it's our first choice whenever we go to Troy for anything. You won't be disappointed with this place, once you try it, you'll be back for more...

Went to dinner one night I would say around 5pm. The waitress was great and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. I ordered a dozen wings and my boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger. He was a little disappointed that they just have out of the bag chips and not house made chips and he said his burger was average. My wings were great, I ordered a dozen and got 15.. can’t complain about that. Our only issue was that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all I’d say maybe 3 tables were full out of both sides and we got seated in the back of the more bar room style side near the doors to storage room where constant employees would come out (got hit with a bag of fries on accident). The staff were great, it just wasn’t our vibe but it was nice to definitely check it out! Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Chicken Wing
