Big Sticky's Bbq - Troy

I used to give them five Stars every time, but I just paid $100 in take out for a gross lesson in incompetence. It's my fault for not thoroughly checking, but never would I expect the only thing they got right was sides. The argument could be made that they might fix it for me, but that doesn't give me my time and gas back. Hugely aggravated, disappointed, and unlikely to return.

I came here and i waited what seems like forever for my food. The place was dirty and unkept. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend dining in at all.

Great food, superb staff with excellent service and fun atmosphere. Big Sticky's is the place for lunch and dinner in Troy, Mo.

The place is gross and hardly maintained. Bathrooms are always a mess. Staff and service sucks. Literally this place is a hole in the wall.

Finally was able to get someone to answer the phone for a change for a takeout order, after several weeks of trying. Ordered brisket, which was laying in a pool of grease after getting it home and opening it up. The beans and cheesy potatoes were good but very small portions. They didn’t give us any bbq sauce for the brisket. I only mention the price, which was high, because there was no care taken in putting together the order. I regret leaving a tip!
