Four a Bois - Trois-Rivières

Nice Restaurant I was in Trois-Rivieres on business and I do not speak French so I had trouble ordering.

Fine and gourmet wood-burning pizzas; Correct service. a little expensive though. pleasant atmosphere.

We sighed in the wood oven last Friday and I had a cute net skewer she was very tender and good!

The pizza and calamary were very good , but the pasta was in a watery sauce and the salad dressing horrible. The service was also not so good, we had to ask for water refill... and we were almost alone in the restaurant. It has...potential but...

All the times I have visited this town I never knew about this place. Very old rustic building that’s is very upper class inside . Not a great choice of beers more a wine place. A reasonable choice of different classic Italian dishes but Pizza...is their signature plate. Pizza was very good , service was also very good . Did not have an Italian feel inside unlike some others in the town more like a main stream upper class restaurant.
