A traditional menu made well..! Capunëts with fondue were really good and soft. Two first ones including garganelli and tortelli we liked very much, the first delicate but tasty, the latter had a more decided taste thanks to sausage. To finish chocolate cake and soft ricotta and chestnut cream pudding, which I found overly exquisite! Well also the prosecco V8, good cold! (Ultimally keeping the prosecco in the fridge looks like an optional) Recommended!
