Dairy Queen - Trinity

This was my first time getting food from here. The cashier was really helpful, and the burgers were delicious. I did think the fries were a bit small, and I was surprised that the combo didn't come with a drink. The downside was that I asked for well-done fries, but they weren't cooked that way, so I couldn't eat them.

This was my first time ordering food at a DQ, and I had the single burger basket while my husband went for the double. The location was spotless, and the service was exceptional. Our food was served quickly, and the fries were clearly fresh. The burgers came with cold toppings. Overall, it was a great experience that we would definitely repeat if we had the chance.

We love Dairy Queen's burgers, but we had a disappointing experience. They were out of onion rings, which was a bummer. When I asked if I could substitute a drink for a Blizzard, the staff member said absolutely not. It's frustrating that businesses can't just make an effort to satisfy their customers. I'm really tired of companies prioritizing their policies over customer happiness. They need to take a step back and focus on getting it right for us. We won’t be returning for a while.

Good food, good service. Just a little hot, AC has to fight. Despite great service, good food, all right!

I'll go ahead and give this 5 stars. It was a nice relief to get quality service after the lack of quality service at Sonic 15 mins prior.
