Cow Roast Inn - Tring

The food was delicious. I had chili fries and my husband had scrambled eggs with ham and fries.

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We had a great time during our visit.

The restaurant provided very disappointing service, suggesting they may be operating on a limited budget. It is possible that the owners have recently renovated a dilapidated pub, but they should put more effort into improving all aspects of their establishment. The food showed promise, with my wife's fish pie being particularly good, but my chicken was burnt. We will not be returning.

There was a choice of three Sunday Roast's beef, lamb and chicken, and the Cow Roast also offered happy pizza and chips for the two children. The dinners were very good as the wide range of puddings. Seervice a it slow for two hours for dinner and pudding.
