This is a simple place but the quality of the food is excellent. It 's definitely not fine dining but it 's also not the place where you 'd expect this. Tiny portions? Because I 've read this I 've ordered a starter and a primo . After the starter I was full the portions were definitely more than OK. Maybe not the #1 address for the gourmet but a very nice place to eat excellent meat.

We were looking for a nice place to eat, came across la Carega and were pleasantly surprised. Wonderful steak tartare lovely crespelle. The prices are very moderate. Definitely worth a try.

I had dinner there last week. The waiters were nice and welcoming but we have to wait 30-40 minutes to get our food. The portions were ridiculously small for the price we paid and the quality was average. To pay 14 € for 4 tiny pieces of fish in tomato sauce is just a joke...
