Regarding the quality of the ingredients they are good, but not the best. But I love their technique and will certainly come back.
Much more than a cup of coffee in Trieste Trieste Coffee Festival Menu. I am not really a coffee fan, but tasting it with food in the special Ai Fiori menu was exceptional experience. We should experiment more often! #triestecoffefestival
What an experience! Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully served in a friendly and welcoming environment. Definitely a place to go back to!
So good food and service. 18€ Apartment two course lunch was an amazing bargain for an excellent meal. Spaghetti with mackerel sugo and Burrata followed by John Dory with summer vegetables and basil purée. A warm and delicious wine.
Very expensive, but worth it. Nicely presented, original dishes, delicious incredible, well-thought-out service. Very recommended, oh and try to sit outside.
