He prepared two nice cutlets for us to take away, large and well stuffed. They were really good, freshly prepared, crunchy breading, not greasy and soft inside. The generous filling went well with the whole. Tried the ham and cheese and the one with porcini mushrooms, cheese and truffle cream. Both excellent.
