Applebee's Grill - Trexlertown

Food does not always get cooked the way you would like ex. Medium well but still has good servers and wait times

Today must have been a free day. while eating was good, the service was terrible, almost not present. waited 10 minutes before the server abby recognized us. have never checked for us again as soon as that was served. I never refilled a drink. we had initially planned to get dessert, but handed over by the bad service. we saw them both sitting at one stand and talking at the Hostess station. the tip we left was generous, based on the received service.

Food was great as usual! Our waitress was very attentive as well!

Applebee's was great!! Had one of their new bowls selections and was delicious. Service was top notch as well.

Three strikes. I wasn't close to a year with this applebee, so I thought I would try. that said I'm not going back. I went on a Monday, so the place wasn't even half full. first it took almost 20 minutes for a server to take the order, it was French wobbles suppe and a queso. burger. about 45 minutes later the suppe and a cheeseburger arrived. I sent them both back because it was the wrong burger and the suppe was cold. 20 minutes and I have the queen. burger and suppe. I didn't want the suppe because it was still cold. the burger was overdue. I asked for the suppe from the bill and got a good never got an apology or saw a manager. bad service and bad business around.
