Cucina Maccaroni - TREVI NEL LAZIO

We dined in this newly relocated Cucina Maccaroni in Sept 2017. We had two wonderful experiences. The first night we ordered dinner off the a la carte menu and the next we tried the chef/owner's fish tasting menu. Wife, front of the house manger and sommelier offered nicely paired wine courses. Decor is fresh, uncomplicated and sophisticated. If we are ever in Fiuggi again, we will certainly return!

I ate with gusto, rediscovering the refinement and elegance of chef Danilo....The aniseed crème brulèe......divine. I will definitely be back........Sabina Cecili

The large fireplace at the entrance, with its warmth, welcomes and keeps company with customers who want to delight in the specialties prepared with great care and attention by Danilo. Angela takes care of enhancing the quality of the service and, with her passion, describes the dishes prepared with obsessive precision by her husband, involving the customers in living a very pleasant culinary experience.

Very welcoming place with a particular but delicate and tasty cuisine...very friendly and kind staff.....elegance mixed with feeling at home. Highly recommended.....we will be back
