First of all the pleasure of a farm that proposes the dishes of the local tradition with the original recipes, not like the countless alternatives that have “sold” fashionable of the class catering... if you are “farm” or “tractor” I want the tablecloths white and red, the work tools on the walls and the homemade pasta! and here it is so, and what pasta. and that meats! also a “simple” gardener is sublime, because created with excellent ingredients prepared according to the rule of art. a due mention to the staff: the lady who followed us was the perfection of the management of room, nice and at the same time impeccable in his work. while the boy who with her last night divided the room was prepraviously, attentive to the details but, at the same time never too cold or “distant”. they are sommelier and he has taken care of our wine with the professionalism of a starry restaurant, without ever exceeding in ways and staying in line with what you expect from an agriturismo. a hint to desserts: all of their own preparation and all exceptional.
