The chef was very unprofessional, my friend found a hair in her eating and kindly asked to get a new plate. the chef came out of the back and accused us of putting a hair of our lashes in the food if we never asked for a free dish. she barely touched her, it was a complete teller and she still took a new teller instead of a refund. the prices on the menu are different, then the bill. 0/10 not recommended

The wait to pick up my food was awful. The waitress was staring at me and the other customers who were also waiting for their orders. Customers who came in after me and sat down received their food before I did, as well as those who ordered to go after me. Next time I want Spanish food, I will take my money elsewhere.

I have been dining at this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the great food and service. However, last night was a different experience. I tried calling for an hour, but the phone was continuously busy. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was still on the phone and was told in Spanish that they did not speak English, and then I was hung up on. Despite the fact that I could have ordered in Spanish if given the chance, when I went inside and tried to order the same thing I always do, nobody understood what I was saying. I stood there for 5 minutes while the kitchen staff stared at me. I ultimately decided not to eat anything that those rude ladies were preparing, canceled my order, and left. I'm not sure if there is new management, but everyone there was incredibly rude and seemed to be unfamiliar with the menu. I don't think I will be returning to eat there again.

The food was pretty good but the service could be quicker. There wasn't a lot of people when I went and the service should of been faster.

I have been dining at this restaurant for at least 5 years and I can say that the Ecuadorian cuisine they offer is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know. If you're craving Spanish cuisine but don't feel like cooking, you can either dine in or order delivery from here.
