Primo Hoagies - Trenton

Today is National Hoagie Day, and I absolutely adore their hoagies. They’re always fresh and prepared just the way I like them!

While the employees were friendly, they seemed completely unaware of their surroundings. When we tried to sit down to wait for our order, all the tables were dirty. We even called the store to voice our complaints, but there was no manager available—only a senior staff member. They claimed they were waiting for the meat cutter and that they were understaffed. However, this did not explain why there were three customers waiting at the register. We won't be returning to this place.

The service was quick and very helpful! This was our second visit, and we definitely plan to return. The food was delicious!

I had never been to this restaurant before, and I didn't have to wait during my previous visits. However, today I walked in and ended up waiting because the girl who took my order and the girl who prepared my hoagies were busy cleaning the counter and other metal surfaces. The girl making the hoagies glanced at me several times and clearly saw that I was waiting, but she continued chatting with her coworker while the cleaning took place. After about 10-15 minutes, she finally got around to making my hoagies. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Jersey Mike’s offers better customer service and better subs, so I think I'll stick with them.

Great cuts and sandwiches, non leafy salads and treats always hit the spot.
