Green House Rolls - Trenton

On one occasion, a cute little girl walked in at 6:22, and instead of helping her, all the employees did was complain. If they had focused on taking the order instead of grumbling, they would have been finished by now. It's disappointing because this place has so much potential, but the staff really detracts from the experience. I even recorded one of the employees complaining about a customer wanting coffee because she had already started cleaning with harsh chemicals before closing. They made it very clear that they would need to clean the counters for the third time, all because I chose to come in and spend my money here. Just to be clear, the ice cream is fantastic, but the service truly needs improvement.

We tried the rolled ice cream with our family, and it was delicious! We particularly enjoyed the toppings bar. The staff was both professional and friendly. We'll definitely be returning!

I’m giving this restaurant 5 stars for their delicious sandwich and tea, but I have to give 3 stars due to the less-than-enthusiastic service. Overall, that averages out to 4 stars. I would definitely recommend trying this place—the food is really tasty, and while the staff were just average, it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

This is my favorite ice cream spot. We’re always happy to make the trip to Trenton for their rolled ice cream. Our entire family agreed that it was a wonderful outing!
