1911 Smoke House Barbeque - Trenton

The pulled pork was fantastic, as usual. However, I was a bit frustrated when they sent wings instead of the rib tips I ordered. That said, the jerk seasoning on the wings was absolutely amazing. Even though I'm not usually a fan of wings, I might consider adding them to a future order. I really love this place, but I would appreciate more consistency with the orders. Out of my five orders, three have been incorrect. I've checked the menu online and I'm eager to try their sides, but right now, only nachos are available on DoorDash.

The sauce was overly sweet, the ribs were tough, and the chicken was decent. The yams were tasty, but the mac and cheese missed the mark. It's a great concept, but the execution was lacking. The brisket was disappointing as well.

The brisket was dull in color and quite dry. The pulled pork contained tough, chewy pieces. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

The food ws ok but the portion size for sides didnt match the entree, and there was no option for me to add more sides...please fix, thnk you.

Everything was tasty. great selection of sauces. great atmosphere and people.
