The pizza is always excellent, but I did have a frustrating experience once when I called in an order. A young lady took my order, repeated it back to me, gave me the total, and mentioned it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Since we had a meeting at 6:30 PM, I wanted to grab lunch beforehand. When I arrived, however, they couldn't find my order. A young man informed me that the person who took my order claimed my call was disconnected when she asked if everything was correct and that she had tried to call me back, so they didn't process my order. I found it strange that she repeated my order and provided a time frame and price. The young man didn’t apologize or anything; he just said that was the information he received and that they could make it now or not. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to wait for dinner, so I just placed a new order. Despite this, the food and breadsticks are always fantastic. The service could use some improvement.
