Kado's Asian Grill - Travis AFB

My meal was ready in under 10 minutes, and I absolutely loved it, especially the special chicken. I went with my friend, who is vegan. She wasn't a fan of the tacos, but really enjoyed the vegan roll.

The food is good, but there are several issues with long wait times. I placed an online order for two rice bowls at 10:45, which were supposed to be ready by 11. When I arrived at 11:15, they were not ready. By noon, I was informed that we had to wait for more chicken, which was just being put on the grill, despite one bowl being prepared from 11 to 12. Customers who ordered in person after me received their food before I did, even with the same order. I finally got my order at 12:30, nearly two hours after I placed it and almost an hour and a half after arriving. This kind of consistent delay is unacceptable. The restaurant definitely needs to improve its system to operate more quickly and efficiently.

Good food inside the Travis Passenger Terminal. I never would?ve even known they were in there if a friend hadn?t suggested the place. You can get it takeaway or sit on a few tables inside around the corner from it. I got the rice bowl with the teriyaki chicken and steak half and half option. Delicious sauce! Fairly quick service. I?d eat there again for sure and with great prices too!

Been coming to this place for years. It's always been good but I daresay it's been getting even better. Staff is chill, food is great, prices are worth it. Breakfast burrito is TOP NOTCH, and I enjoy the spam musubi a lot. Just be careful if the terminal is busy, might have to fight a crowd.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They open at 8:00 AM, but I noticed the staff arriving with uncooked food from their car at 7:55. The doors didn’t open until 8:10. I was the first customer to place an order for two burritos, and I ended up waiting 35 minutes for them. Management really needs to ensure that everything is ready to serve by the opening time. There shouldn't be a delay like that, and I found the price of $10 per burrito to be excessive. I won’t be returning.
