Pizzeria Ca' Della Valle - TRAVERSETOLO

Abbiamo pranzato domenica (avendo prenotato) in 5 persone in questa splendida trattoria-pizzeria alle porte di Traversetolo. L'ambiente è semplice ma curato e pulito; il personale è molto cortese, attento e professionale. Il menù è vario: antipasti, pizze, primi e secondi di pesce, primi e secondi di carne e una lista fuori menù con piatti consigliati dallo chef. In 3 abbiamo scelto piatti di carne e della tradizione parmigiana, mentre 2 abbiamo optato per piatti di pesce. Tutte le portate hanno soddisfatto il nostro palato, sia per la qualità che per la quantità. L'unico piccolo appunto è che la cameriera non ha chiesto che tipo di cottura desideravamo per le 3 tagliate di angus ordinate; sono arrivate tutte con cottura media. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo e vale la pena tornare per gustare anche gli altri piatti del menù.

We made a reservation for dinner for a table outside but at the restaurant all the tables were in a closed location with plastic sheets cover (with current Covid restrictions). When we sat at the table we received just 1 menu cart for 4 people and after 2 minutes we were supposed to be ready with the order. During dinner there we did not receive a crued set on the table. One of the spaghetti with clams dish was with a piece of paper inside and when we showed it to the waiter he went to the kitchen and without asking he brought the same order but new (from the same pot where the paper was boiled). Poor experience, with bad service and bad setting. The only thing good was one of the waiter that could explain us the desert menu.
