Papa Johns Traverse City

Thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service. Our children were happy, and we enjoyed warm pizza after our drive home to Gaylord. It felt like a warm welcome. We'll definitely be back on our next visit!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent. I spoke with a gentleman who used to work at another Papa John’s, and the owners relocated him and his family to the Traverse City location to manage it. He's been with them for quite some time. The food was fantastic; I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The crust, in particular, was really enjoyable.

Fresh ingredients. Very nice pizzas and 'Pappadia' sandwich items. Crude / dough is fresh and handcuffed style. Ingredients are fresh and the amount is well distributed in terms of product(s). Also a few nice offers. This is for Papa John's, Traverse City. I don't know any enthusiasm foods.??

Had to place our order. Then instead of 3x “The Works” on three separate crusts, they delivered 2x the works, and 1x cheese on the filled crust. Oh, good. You have calculated us 30% of the order. Pizza was okay.

I live probably 10-15 minutes away from this store and my pizza delivery estimate was about 35 minutes. No big deal. At an hour of waiting I called them and they said the delivery man left already and should be there soon. That was 20 minutes ago. I haven’t even received my pizza yet so who knows if it’s even warm. Update: it’s the next day and the pizza never came.
