Kfc - TRAVELERS REST

Will never be coming back here after tonight ! The customer service is terrible. What is the point of ordering on the app if you can’t even get it through the drive through. Then to be told they never received my order to come in and be told it takes 5 minutes to pop up before they can make it. So now this is the time my order was supposed to be ready and they don’t have what i ordered. I was told they wouldn’t be dropping anymore chicken mind you it’s not even 8:00 !? So now I’m waiting 30 minutes for my food on top of the 20 mins i have already waited. What a joke. Always a problem every time my family comes here. Seriously need better management.

Attitude problem everyone standing around no one wants to help

So this turned into a strange experience as the service was friendly but extremely slow and then someone else got our order and left with it and they had to remake the order over. This all was going on while others come in and placed orders only to wait and then finally get it to go. We did stay and eat since my mother n law has a hard time walking and riding long distances but the whole experience was painful to watch. This location is short staffed and is why they struggled that day not because they were not trying to keep up but they just didn't have enough help. That is on management to staff properly and yes I know it's hard to find help that will work. I would like to thank those that were working that night for showing up and doing your best. 3 stars for this location and 5 stars for those working and trying their best.

Went to the drive through at lunch time ordered a two piece original, only to be told it had to be extra crispy as that was all they had. Drove home to eat, and it was terrible! Absolutely no flavor/ spice to it all. Not sure how you screw up KFC but they did
