Core 450 - TRAVELERS REST

We dined at the restaurant in October with a party of five. Overall, the experience was decent, but it fell short in some areas. My clams were brown and dry on the inside, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the pesto shrimp pasta was delicious. The black bean dish, which had been fabulous on our previous visit, was only good this time—lacking the same flavor. Additionally, the sweet potato mash had turned almost brown (it was more orange before) and lacked the taste we remembered from our last visit. We couldn’t help but wonder if they had changed chefs.

The food was outstanding, and the service was wonderful. While the prices were somewhat on the higher side, we would definitely consider returning.

I absolutely love this place! They offer a fantastic variety, and the menu is updated frequently. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, and the open kitchen concept adds to the ambiance. Plus, you can even reverse your order during your meal. I highly recommend it!

I need to speed up the service. we have waited for one of our drinks. they also need more choice of pinot noir through the glass and also add a selection of 5oz pour or a 9 oz pour for wein

We both loved this place. Casual yet elegant. Tremendous food that was delicious and beautiful to look at. We shared an appetizer that was big enough to call it an entre. Terrific service. Bright, clean, modern space.
