The Ritz - Traralgon

Have heard great things about the Ritz but was fairly disappointed tonight. Our entrees were forgotten, it took an hour of sitting there with nothing in front of us for staff to ask us if everything was ok. It took 2 hours for the six of us to receive our main meals. The pork belly was dry and tough, the steak was ordered well done and came out medium, and the Parma was burnt on the bottom. Won't be back in a hurry

Came here for a family members birthday. restaurant is very nice inside and has a nice atmosphere. Food and Service was pretty good here but the drawback is it was a little expensive for my liking. but still had a great time and would consider coming back for special occasions.

Came here with my family as it was a twin birthday meal ...Meal was absolutely superb ... we didn't know what to choose from the menu .. As we are from the UK it was different for us and we loved it .. lovely place , attentive staff .... look forward to coming here again when we are back to see the family

Trish and Matt are awesome. Being a Vegetarian They are always willing to offer choices off menu and never disappoint. It has definitely become our go to place.

We went to the ritz for Mother's Day 2017 desserts. They took ages to bring our sweets out, then only two of four came out. I couldn't eat all of mine it was horrible(lemon meringue pie) my husband had cheesecake and it was not nice either. Our kids had brownie and ice cream that was edible but tasteless like store bought brownie. Thank goodness we didn't go there for a whole meal. Wouldn't go again
