Totally give her thumbs up as she was all over it. However the older gentlemen who I assume was the owner and possibly his son who was ‘floating’ around gave no real support to the floor or service in any way. They kept asking their one girl a myriad of questions while demonstrating little initiative. Totally get with covid employing good staff maybe an issue; but as an owner you need to then step up. Unfortunately unlikely to be back. Walked over to Cafe Aura and got great service.
This restaurant review is not a positive one. The customer felt neglected and ignored by the staff. The service was quick to take the order, but then they did not return or provide proper attention to the customer. The tea was taken to the wrong table and there was no follow-up to ensure the customer had everything they needed. Despite the food being good, the lack of service and attention to detail left a negative impression. The customer felt they were not valued or acknowledged during their visit. Ultimately, they were disappointed by the service and lack of hospitality shown by the staff.
The best meal in Traralgon right now! The dumplings, pork belly, and garlic prawns were all so delicious. Yum!
Extremely disappointed paid $19.10 for only 2 eggs on toast plus medium coffee “ no bacon “. Way over priced . Won’t get my money again total rip off !
We stopped here on the way to Melbourne coming back from a holiday in Gippsland Lakes. It is located right near the corner of the main Princes Highway. It was a good refreshing stop. Chai Latte tea was great and cakes were good too (see 2 photos). The service was welcoming and friendly and this encouraged us to make future stopovers here.
