Chicken Minute - Trappes

The kitchen is delicious, with a very tender chicken. However, the waiting time is simply unbearable. The five-year commentary already evokes this problem. It would seem that it was the kitchen staff who, from time to time, took over the orders. For example, yesterday afternoon, I ordered two Naan Bolo menus, and it took over 20-25 minutes and had fries not cooked. To aggravate the situation, the employees gave my order to other customers. Fortunately, they noticed that it was not intended for them. I really hope this problem will be solved. It would be great for the team to become aware of this recurring situation and find a solution. Thank you very much for your attention and commitment to improvement.

I have been used to eating at Chiken Minute for years now and I have never had any problems, whether it is for the welcome, the waiting time or the cooking, nothing to say. Being an educator, I brought the young people back to eat there (group of about 15), they enjoyed themselves but the important point is really the generosity and the welcome that was given, the young people were really very grateful and very happy, they didn't even want to leave! I thank you again for your welcome and your generosity! We will come back very soon

The food is very good but we're tired of employees who don't understand what we want or make mistakes when ordering. I ask for a sandwich with fries, I don't have the fries.
