Subway - TRANMERE

I was here at 4:40PM 14/Nov/2022. we ordered a foot-long meatball melt and a chicken strip salad. we were served by ajay. he is so rude and not trained. he throws that sandwich on the deck as if he doesn't want to work. he doesn't even ask what sauce we want. he does not even speak much, but uses his finger to show dinge. we'll be in this every month, but we've never been so served. That was ridiculous. I don't want to see the face of the guy anymore. Actually, I don't want to go to any subway anymore. That's so ridiculous. so bad experience. the worst customer service I had in my life from anywhere. they avoid this place, otherwise they will ruin their day.

Great staff, very efficient.The avocado was off though, very disappointing.

Very rude staff and slow service, sandwiches are assembled poorly with missing ingredients. The staff fail at basic comprehension and instead of refilling missing sauces and sandwich ingredients they tell you to pick from whatever is there, this was hours before closing as well. One staff member also slammed the glass lid to the ingredients and splashed water on the customers. I leave having paid full price for a sandwich I don't want to eat, I regret not walking out immediately after the above occurred.

Absolutely appalling customer service, rude and condescending. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone.

Only someone waited, I, stood for six minutes, while two servers fled over a Uber order. I'm ignored and I don't like it, so I went out and went to hjs. They really don't deserve a star.
