The Hungry Jack's restaurant at this location offers excellent service with friendly staff. The store is equipped with public toilets that are wheelchair accessible, as well as both indoor and outdoor seating options. The car park is large, and the drive-thru features two lanes that merge into one.
I feel like I will never get my food at this rate. The delivery service is incredibly slow, which is probably why Jack is still hungry, as he never received his meal. The restaurant needs a complete staff overhaul, as they seem disinterested and have no desire to please their customers.
Having worked in the QSR industry for years this is the most filthy outlet I have ever visited. This is my first time to visit as I am holidaying in Australia and will definitely will be the last. I had a classic angus and the...quality and food preparation was just like the restaurant shocking. It is clear that you have a people challenge plus I would suggest you find a way to reimage this outlet.
Bathrooms very dirty, I wouldn't have used them but my daughter had to go. Whole place needs a good clean and a spruce up. Very tired in appearance.
