The Deccan Bangladeshi - Trafford

Not been to the Deccan for a long time but it did not disappoint. Service was good and attentive and the food was enjoyed by all. Look forward to eating there again soon.

Called in tonight for my usual weekly takeaway. Been going to the Deccan for the last five years ordering the same meal, even order takeaways throughout lockdown in order to support the business. Tonight was the last straw for me two items of my takeaway we’re missing yet again. What’s the point of supporting local businesses when they don’t look after there loyal customers, Although, when I phone up the guy said all the right things but that not the point. Three times in one year things have been missing and I’m out of pocket, ordering thing which I don’t get.

Another great takeaway from The Deccan. Ready on time and piping hot and they also included a complimentary dish which we have had each time we have ordered during the lock down. Keep up the good work and hopefully see you in the restaurant soon.

Very poor standard small portions ,thought it was strange because we dined there a lot a few years ago and it was always packed and it was empty and that was Valentine's would not recommend to anyone needs improving .

I called in tonight to order my usual weekly takeaway and although I have ordered a takeaway every week for the last four years I do not expect any favours. However at the time I ordered my meal the restaurant was very busy . After three quarters of an hour my takeaway was ready (it usually takes twenty minutes) and was given it without any apologies for the long wait , which I found very discourteous after being a regular for so long. Also when I got the meal home the onion bhajee were missing and the rice was stone cold. I phone up and complained to the manager who was happy to sort in out on my next visit, which I told him I was not happy doing that and eventually he agreed to deliver the onion bhajee to my home which I refused as I did not want the rest of my meal to go cold. I feel as a regular customer I’ve been taking for granted.
