The best cheesecake I've ever tasted. richer and good smell can not resist taking an additional. a hidden gem they should never leave.

The cakes from here are delicious. I love the uniqueness and creativity in their cake! do not define their typical bakery / cake shop.

I had the Earl Grey cake and it was DIVINE! Not only sweet treats but sweet service too. Will definitely be back to support this new local independent :

Bibi makes AMAZING cupcakes, mararons and cakes. The best quality cakes in GM. You won't be disappointed. Not too sweet, beautiful and spongy! I won't look for any other cakery.

A perfectly Kawaii Patisserie! Oh, I how I lamented the loss of a local version of my darling Bisou Bisou in Didsbury! There was nothing like a few madeleines, followed by a financier or two and rounded up by an eclair while popping out to the shops. Little did I realise that there was a Japanese Patisserie not far from the Altrincham high street. Needless to say I indulged in a Japanese cheese cake that jiggled in a way that wouldn’t be out of place in Rikuro’s cheese cake shop in Namba (sans raisins though). I will certainly be back for matcha inspired desserts!
