Good sandwich but the Mac and cheese was crusted and hard

Tenders were wayyyy too small. Almost half the size of the normal tenders. The fries were also soggy and had a weird after taste.

I have to give them a 2 because 3 times now I have not received what I ordered. Twice I only received 3 chicken sandwiches instead of the 4 I ordered. Another time they left out the coleslaw. The food is very good, now I ask the driver to please check to make sure it's all there.

Sadly I've ordered 3 times from this popeyes and it's never been a great experience. The first two times they forgot the sauce for the tenders. The second time I called before it was picked up to remind them and they STILL didn't put it in the bag. Today they forgot my whole drink! I just don't understand why this popeyes can't get it right. When the food came it was cold and my sandwich was hard from probably sitting out too long! Please get your sh* together

The wings weren't fresh or they haven't cleaned their fryers
