Kengo Sushi - Tracy

I came here a little while ago with my little family. We've moved from the Bay Area and was really looking for a good sushi spot to try. It's so hard trying to find new places once you move but Yelp helps. We got the California Roll, Lion King Roll, and a side of rice for the little one. The rolls were good and the servers were very nice. I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea and an Arnold Palmer. The vibe and ambiance was peaceful and nice especially when you're used to restaurants being louder.

I'm not a big teriyaki person, but on a good day, kengo makes the best teriyaki i've ever had. on a bad day, their teriyaki tastes like teriyaki from any other restaurant. what makes it good is it TASTES like they grill the meat over coals for a good char. i'm not sure if they ACTUALLY grill the meat, but it tastes like it on a good day. their sushi is typical of most sushi restaurants. i'd choose kengo over the newer zoku for tracy sushi.

Very good sushi, and the staff are very professional.and attentive. The presentation was very good. The overall experience was extremely pleasant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a more high end dining experience in Tracy.

The sushi is okay. I might need to try other rolls because the lion king seems lacking. The food came out pretty fast. The service was good. We were seated right away. The employees always made sure we had hot tea and that our water are filled. It seems that a lot of people go there take out and eat in. And, it wasn't too loud. The employees seems to enjoy working there.

Very good service, vibe is awesome and the food is great!! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very attentive. Hands down best Sushi restaurant in Tracy!!
