Przekaż informację zwrotnąDisappointed experience at this BR. 1) Ordered 4 different cups and was asked if I needed a spoon. Duh how are we supposed to eat the ice cream. This was asked again in the 2nd visit same week. 2) They've had internet issues and apparently only accepted cash. For a big franchise it should be mandatory that you have reliable internet service and back up service hence you lost lots of customers that week.
The ice cream was good but it definitely was not sanitary. They had two larger pit bulls walking all around the lobby with workers not saying anything. The workers even would serve friends coming in before helping the line of people. I would also like to state that there was a employee paying for her friends ice cream using her discount. Seems like a lot needs to be addressed with the employees.
My family went in for some ice cream Sunday evening. There was still 25 minutes to closing. Attitudes of the girls working there was simply horrendous. They had a very rude attitude towards us and were banging the ice cream scoopers and refusing to give us anything extra like fudge or strawberry ice cream because it was packed away already. Just the worst service we've come across!
This review is strictly for ordering a cake. Went in there on Tuesday and started looking through the cake book. Wasn 't looking for anything super customer just needed specifically chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and confetti or balloons decor. A staff member without asking me what kind of cake I needed, asked when I needed the cake by. When I told her Saturday, she quickly said oh we 're not taking any more orders. The decorator is all booked . I told her that I understand since it is only 3 days out and asked what the suggested timeframe would be to order a cake, and she informed me that usually they recommend no more than 2 weeks in advance but no less than a week. So I left and called the Livermore location and they 're like sure! We 'll take care of it! , so I ordered it with them. But out of curiosity I went online to see if I can order the custom cake for this location and strangely the time and date I chose for Saturday was confirmable. Then the next day I called and the person I spoke to said that sure they can take the order and Saturday wouldn 't be a problem. But since I already ordered it from Livermore I didn 't order it from here. It 's upsetting to think what the reason was that my order was turned away in the first place? They weren 't busy, I was the only one there at the time. *sigh*
Ice cream is too soft. Owner is saving money on cooling the ice cream. Please fix. Could be 5 stars!
