Amazing Kitchen - Tracy

Salt pepper chicken is always FIRE !! I love this place. Usually have to drive to the Bay Area for authentic Chinese food but I think I found my new favorite spot !!

Potstickers were alright but not impressive enough to rave about to my friends. Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodle wasn't even great that I had to add more veggies and leftover meats I had on hand. They literally skimmed on meats in the liquid broth but I can understand the logistics behind their inventory costs and so forth. But their noodles were great though so I am giving it 3 stars.

Finally, a place worth every penny then some! I've been looking for a good Chinese place out here for years since I left the Bay Area. Everything was so fresh, especially the veggies, and was delivered hot! They definitely don't use frozen, canned, or old ingredients for their dishes. I am so happy to have found them because my kids are all vegetarian, and it's so disappointing to pay a ton for veggies that are very obviously old and were frozen. Amazing Kitchen stands up to its name i will be a many time returning customer!

My husband and I are so obsessed with this place. The food is so amazing! We have tried so many delicious items on the menu that the list would be too long to list. We always try something new each time. You can't do wrong with anything on the menu. We always get the Broccoli Beef, Dry Braised Green Beans, Garlic Fried Rice, and any of the salt and pepper items. The green chilies that are cooked in garlic on the salt pepper Items are the perfect kick of heat and flavor. We literally want to eat here weekly. We always get extra so we have leftovers for the next day. Yum!!!!

Finally found great Chinese in Tracy . Fresh, hot even after dasher did another stop needed that Wor Wonton Soup soo good.. will order again
