Maxima Restaurant - Tracadie-Sheila

Mon assiette était au delà de $15 et la quantité de nourriture était considérablement moindre lorsque je compare aux autres restaurant chinois (je voyage le NB pour mon travail). Petite quantité de riz frit et le poulet non existant. La nourriture était de qualité normale, rien d'extradordinaire. Le menu n'est pas très varié.

I had a fresh meal at this restaurant, but was disappointed by the beef and macaroni plate. While it had a very good taste, I had to search for the beef and veggies. The overall taste was delicious, but it was lacking in beef. I was able to find small pieces of beef eventually.

During my last visit, we requested egg roll sauce but instead of the usual small, unpleasant-tasting packages that are typically given out, we did not receive it. I always ask for this sauce, yet several times they have failed to provide it. It is puzzling why more people do not complain about this. In my opinion, when I go to a Chinese restaurant, I expect to be served authentic Chinese food and condiments.

This restaurant serves a mix of Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. The food is of high quality and the service is fast. The restaurant can accommodate a large number of people.
