Wendy's - Trabuco

Wanted to have some Cinnabon pull apart but definitely not the same as the real thing. Nice try. Around $5 too

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. We showed up on a Sunday night at 9:28pm and the posted hours for dining room closing was 10pm. The crew member, Emmanuel, was very unprofessional and rude. He told us there is nothing he can do for us as we didn’t want to go through the drive thru. He also called us “bro” several times when trying to address the fact we wanted to be able to eat inside when posted hours are 10pm. Will not be returning here ever again. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service!!!! Went through the drive thru and used the app for a promotion they took over 10 minutes to try and figure out what the issue was then told me I could not get what I ordered finally I paid then they told me I didn’t even pay when I clearly had the transaction on my phone open as it had already gone through. They wouldn’t honor nor compensate me for my time and then wasting my time and having the worst customer service ever then they told me it was my fault. Now I remember why I don’t go here. Checked my bag no receipt. Avoid this place!!!

Quick drive thru service and the nicest window person I've ever encountered at a Wendys

It was an ok experience here at Wendy’s. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, around 2 pm or so. The drive-through was a bit busy but nothing crazy, no huge lines. Inside was empty, it was just us and another group of 3 people. The cashier was ok. Not rude or anything, she was just there. Not very friendly, or welcoming, no smiles of any kind. She took our order quickly and professionally. The food was ready by the time we were paying for our order lol. Fast food right? lol. The restaurant was clean inside, looked good. Lots of soft drink choices. The weird thing was that, there were no plastic utensils, napkins, nor straws out on the floor. They were all empty. When we got our food, they gave us a few napkins with it. Is that normal here? Weird. Not sure if I’ll go back there. The food was ok. Nothing crazy, it was what you expect from a fast food restaurant. It was a bit on the pricey side though, at least that’s what I thought.
