They have gotten very stingy lately giving out very little meat in sandwiches. I had to request more for extra because most of it was filled with greens and i wasn’t in a mood for a vegetarian sandwich with sprinkles of meat. Atleast they obliged by giving me some extra for free.

I was in Togo’s for lunch today and had a great Italian sandwich. Esther was the employee who waited on me. Very pleasant. I sat in the store to eat. Good music. Overall great experience! Highly recommend this sandwich shop!!

Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at togos and I am also a frequent customer. There’s one lady there who is always there who I believe is a manager. I asked multiple times if they could make more tea and she refused and said they were to busy and didn’t have time and that the other two employees don’t know how to make it. One new girl who made our sandwiches finally proceeded to make the tea after being told how to do it and it took literally one minute for her to put the tea bag in the tea maker then she went back to making sandwiches and the tea took two minutes to finish. Then on top of that the girl who made our sandwiches had her fingernails ripped through the gloves touching everything with them. She then forgot to put one of our sandwiches in the bag and unfortunately we didn’t notice till we got home and had to go all the way back. When we got back to togos we told them they forgot one of our sandwiches and it had been sitting on the counter for about 30 minutes at least by then. (We also do not live that close). The girl who made our sandwiches was then going to make us a new one and the manager lady told her no and to give us the soggy sandwich that was sitting on the counter and we did not get any apologies or anything for the inconvenience either.
