Shiro Sushi - Toyama

This place was amazing when we went for dinner! There’s no English menu and there’s a lot of locals; if you can’t speak Japanese, you can ask the owner to recommend. We had sashimi, grilled fish jaw, and seafood oden. What stood out for sashimi was the shiro ebi “white shrimp”, squid, octopus, the otoro and meguro. We had grilled “buri” jaw which was very juicy! Shiro ebi and buri is famous in Toyama. The oden was the best we had! This place shouldn’t be judged by other reviews during lunch time as it’s a discounted lunch set. Dinner was phenomenal. The owner is super nice and he created his own seafood oden recipe which was an amazing seafood soup.

ディナータイムにお邪魔させて頂きました。 富山駅から離れて事もあってか、 訪れた日は地元の常連さんのみで、 お話ししながら時間が過ぎました。 富山の日本酒を堪能したかったのですが、 色々試す事が出来なかったです。 他県客でもコスパは悪く無いです。

気さくな大将がお寿司を握ってくれます。 お寿司も美味しいですが酢の物も美味しかったです 色々サービスして頂いてお腹いっぱいになりました。
