Noodles Company - Towson

You missed something important. I didn't expect to receive a complimentary meal on my next visit. The food was excellent and the service was great. We'll definitely be returning!

I've been a fan of Noodles Company and their menu for quite a while. The food is always fantastic. Today, I had an outstanding experience with their customer service. Kevin, the staff member who took my order and delivered my food, was very attentive and friendly. He offered me a cup of water when I hadn't ordered a drink and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything else. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, even though it seemed they were quite busy during the lunch rush.

I had low expectations, but this Noodles company was more than satisfactory. Of course, I ordered something too hot, but I ate it anyway. The order was simple and the service was fast. Atmosphere is fine if you have no high expectations.

I had returned to this store because my meal was cooked to my taste. I was one of the last customers in the night before. I came the following day they replaced my meal without problems. They apologised for the inconvenience and gave me the best rice Krispy treat I have ever tasted

Gloria in the Pikesville branch is absolutely awesome, friendly, fantastic, amazing! So much appreciate her kindness and helpfulness with scheduling, rescheduling, and making sure that everything is done perfectly right with our order! Way to go, Gloria, and your team: No doubt we will come back to see your smile and enjoy the top notch customer service!
