When they launched the rewards program I was super excited until I realized this specific location often refused to scan the app to give me points or would wait until the end of the transaction (after I?ve paid and been given a receipt) to scan my phone and I wouldn?t receive points. During my visit earlier this week I wouldn?t leave until they could show points were collected. the young lady working seemed very annoyed with me and refused to help.
Worst place you can order from. When the order was wrong they gave me the run around for trying to get a refund. I tried to get my refund through the business. They referred me to the head manager. He referred me to the website. The website referred me to the business. And the business referred me back to the supervisor. Now, they don't answer their phones. They stole 15 dollars of mine. I know its 15 dollars its so small, but its the principle of the matter. And the fact that they won't refund me my money. Do not order from here. EVER! AND YES, I cursed them out for their terrible service and unwillingness to help.
The Auntie Anne?s official website states that 5 different kind of pretzels can be ordered vegan (without butter). However, the two currently open spots in Towson Town Center are both not able to serve according to that (not able to do ANYTHING butter-less)! VERY unsatisfactory. Also staff is not very friendly.
Very poor and in cable service. Was picking up a pick up order and had to argue with them to get my food! They wanted to see my other phone the one I ordered from. I told them the name and so on
Their lemonade is what you need, especially when the weather is distracting.
