Chili's Grill - Town of Victor

The building its self was very dirty and run-down both inside and out. It just felt like a very unclean place. The food was good. A little expensive for the quality of the food but, okay. I normally I avoid Chilis due to the low quality atmosphete and overall lower quality place to eat over Texas Roadhouse and other major resturants.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They serve hard drinks.

Shari/sherry was one of the best servers we have ever experienced. She was kind, courteous and made us feel like a million dollars. I would come back to this Chili's over any others in the area just because of Shari. She was amazing and she deserves recognition for how awesome she was.

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 burgers . They never came out . Paid for our 2 drinks and walked out restaurant had 6 people in it.

Needs some major updating. Floor was a mess. Food was good and our server really tried, but it was not the best experience I've had at Chili's.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As we walked in the rude bartender said out loud “sorry! You have two more.” With attitude. Don’t you want the business? We were sat away from everyone, around the corner. The waitress threw the menus on the table and walked away. We waited over 10 mins for service. So we left. Don’t be open late if you cannot handle it. The blonde server was beyond rude. Terrible service we walked out due to the attitude and atmosphere.
