Management needs to do a better job of training new staff and recognizing staff that offer consistent great customer service.Monday morning drive through staff should apologize for any mistakes with an order, NOT argue with the customer about the order that was placed.Drive through is ALWAYS slow during the day.They run out of donuts consistently.I hold management responsible.Go across the street to Sip n Dip, they're quick, friendly, hard working, AND understand the importance of great customer service!

The prices are getting ridiculous now! The quality is mediocre, and now you can't purchase a large cup of ice with out buying a cooler beverage EVEN IF YOU BUY A COFFEE OR OTHER PURCHASES. NOT COOL! Sorry, I'll stick to Honey Dew because they actually give me ...the customer ...what I want. I offer to pay for ice, and honey dew won't charge me for it. So, I give it to them as a tip. Dunkin will be missing out on my service moving forward.

Stopped at this dunkin early morning at 615am . Got a coffee and donut . All was good, and it didn't take long in drive through 2 car in front of me .5.star that timeThe 2nd time 2 in front of me took 9 mins. I only got 2 donuts, and they only got no star they were hard as a rock . Maybe under staffed or SOMETHING .DID NOT EAT THEM . SO I WASTED 10 MINS AN 4$ .COIN FLIP IF I GO BACK AGAIN . Averaged 3 star .

I don’t know who the owner of this franchise is but, the service is literally the worst in the tristate area. If you go here plan on waiting 45 minutes inside, as they will prioritize “Pick-Up” orders over you at a severity of 100 to 1. Even your employees are unhappy! ? One Business Professional to another, find new leadership.

The staff doesn’t know how to efficiently do anything. They barely can handle drive thru and completely neglect mobile orders which should be the easiest of things. They prioritize walk ins and people who order mobile are stuck just waiting. An hour after ordering and still my things aren’t ready mind you it’s two simple coffees and two donuts not rocket science.
